The Most Opportune Time

Burglary is something that all homeowners should be concerned with. According to authorities, every 8 seconds, another burglary is committed . Most burglaries occur during the day. This is when the flow of traffic is at the lowest. Most people are at work during the day and the children are at school. This is the most opportune time for a criminal to decide to enter your home. Having a personal safety alarm set in your home can often be all it takes to get rid of the offender. They would rather leave and find a quieter target than risk drawing attention to themselves and getting caught.

Small Steps For Safety

There was a time when you could deter intruders with a sign in the front yard “Beware of Dog”. Even people who did not have a dog put up a sign so the potential intruder would not take a chance by trying to break into the home. Now, an alarm that goes off at an intrusion attempt usually sends the unwanted ‘guest’ on his way before he has a chance to perform his illegal act. Try a personal safety alarm. There are many simple and affordable alarms for your home and person. Small steps for safety can make a big defference in the end.

 Rapidly Growing Reality

All you have to do is read the newspapers or watch the news to know that crime is a rapidly growing reality. But what are the top stories - murder, rape, kidnapping, burglary? — They’re all included!

Scenario : It’s 2:00 AM and you hear a noise downstairs. You know it’s not your spouse, child or pet so it must be a burglar. Now, do you go downstairs in your pajamas with a golf club to stop someone who has already heard you coming and is waiting for you? Or, do you call the police and hope they get there before the intruder comes upstairs to confront you?

Sounds pretty bad doesn’t it? How can we keep our families, home and business safe and secure in today’s world?

What is the solution? What is the right answer?

Scenario : It’s 2:00 AM and you hear a noise downstairs. But instead of a burglar making the noise, you hear the loud security alarm from a motion detector or door alarm. That potential burglar is long gone before you even have to put your life in jeopardy by going downstairs. The police will only find a broken door lock or window but no intrusion.

Keeping your family and home protected has become a war between you and the bad guys. But Unfortunately THEY DON’T PLAY BY THE RULES in this war! The creeps out there are playing for keeps and will do anything to win.

You have a decision to make, and as far as I’m concerned it’s a no-brainer!

You can continue living as you are, unprotected against attackers and burglars, or you can begin to ‘arm’ yourself and your home.

Home Security and Personal Protection Products are the first line of defense against anyone who wants to make you a crime statistic.

Don’t be the next victim!

Fake Security Camera

Fake Security Camera?

A fake security camera, also known as a dummy camera, is a  non-functional surveillance camera designed to fool intruders, or anyone who it is supposedly watching. These cameras are intentionally placed in obvious locations, so anyone coming near will notice them and believe the place to be monitored by CCTV. In many cases this is enough to stop a crime before it happens.

An Ounce of Prevention

Home video surveillance cameras come in different sizes and shapes. Some are obvious that they are there, which the intruder may see and change his mind about pursuing the house. Others are smaller and can be hidden in different areas that will aim towards the house. Some don’t look like cameras at all because the camera is hidden in a clock or a teddy bear. You can use these kind of hidden cameras anywhere and they are easy to move around as your needs change. Security cameras come either wireless, or with the wires. People usually prefer the wireless digital cameras since they do not have to run cables.
Once your home is installed with the video surveillance you will have peace of mind. You will have protection for yourself, your family, your pets, and of course your property. Don’t forget an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Always make sure to keep your doors locked and be aware of your surroundings.
